Dr. Isakson has changed my life completely for the better. I have gone up and down in weight by more than 50 lbs, two babies, 1 c-section and numerous prior abdominal surgeries. To say my stomach had seen better days is an understatement. For only being 30, I was ashamed of my body. I underwent an extended tummy tuck, muscle repair, Lipo to the flanks, mons and submental area. At 6 weeks out, I have no pain anymore, back to normal anct and am healing nicely. My scar is already fading and I can’t wait to see how it progresses. Dr. Isakson is blunt but honest and is truly an artist with body sculpting. The amount of compliments I have already received is insane and I expect to look even better as the swelling subsides. More

Julie was the nurse who treated me, shes fantastic .., down to earth ..at first i was nervous but my experience was actually prettie good.. she put me at ease..just like a southsider ..she was able to get me to chill. Im so glad my niece Faith Morones referred me now they have a regular customer in me ... hopefully i see my niece soon . So definetly men out there who are looking for botox treatment dont feel discouraged or embarassed .. they will give u the best advice ..and will give u great results ., so come check them out, its not only for woman. I recently had a breast augmentation from Dr. Decherd and he is amazing! He was very informative during the consultation process and answered all of my questions. I was extremely nervous about this decision but his attention to detail and his expertise made the decision so easy! I have also been to his practice for BBL and HALO treatments with Kelly and Jewels, his staff is fantastic! I highly recommend Dr. Decherd and his entire staff for all your beauty needs! More

CHOOSE DR. MICHAEL DECHERD.....ALWAYS!!!!! I wish I could give him 10 stars!!! Dr. Decherd is the best!!!! DO NOT be deceived by other surgeon reviews. Dr. Decherd amazingly fixed my problem that another well-known plastic surgeon in San Antonio botched on my hips/saddlebags. I wish I had known of Dr. Decherd and done more research way before I got misled by, Dr. A's reviews. Dr. A. had the audacity of wanting to charge me for his screw up AND wanted to do a thigh lift in the process, which I definitely do not need....NO THANKS. Dr. A. never admitted fault, which it obviously was. Dr. Dechard's results blew me out of the water and he is far more down to earth than the other plastic surgeon that I made the mistake of going to. I will ALWAYS go to Dr. Decherd. He made me look and feel more beautiful than ever. MICHAEL DECHERD ALL THE WAY!!!! Oh and if you're needing any fillers or Botox, nurse Julie at Decherd's office is AMAZING too!! Super sweet, understanding and she has the touch of an angel with a needle and syringe. More

Went to get treated for a laser burn that happened at a spa and Anna the physician assistant recommend that I try the Halo. I love it. In fact my burn area on my cheek is clearing up. I highly recommend Dr. Decherd’s office for any type of services. Great Job!! More

I love Dr. Decherd’s office ! Everyone is so nice and friendly. I have gotten Botox and Juvederm from Julie who is a Nurse Injector. She does an amazing job! I wouldn’t never go anywhere else. I had cool sculpting with Kelly. I can't complement her enough. She talked to me about what to expect. She gave me a spa robe. She explained in detail exactly how cool sculpting worked and what results I could see. She measured my body and took before pictures. She made me feel extremely at ease by answering all my questions.. She made sure I was comfortable on the bed, gave me extra pillows and a blanket. She talked to me telling me exactly what she was doing.I had 4 areas on my abdomen treated so I was there for about 2.5 hours. She even ordered me lunch. She was very nice and easy to talk to. I'm looking forward to my 2nd treatment because she made the 1st treatment so easy. She even called me the next day to check on me. Go see Kelly you will be glad you did. More

All I can say is go to nurse injector Jules for Botox! I was a first-timer- and she informed me of everything I needed to know, made me feel extremely comfortable, and the icing on the cake? My face looks ABSOLUTELY amazing. I am only 28 years old so starting to see wrinkles for the first time was a... “weird” feeling for me. She was able to give me just the right amount to where it wasn’t overdone, but my wrinkles are GONE! Yes, gone! Feeling beautiful is important to me, especially during the times I am starting to see changes in my appearance that I don’t necessarily like. I was feeling my confidence going down to an all time low. Jules fixed that. I’m feeling beautiful and rejuvenated, and that’s what I needed. My advice- forever go to Jules! I know I will! 36 5'4" 135lbs Mom to 3 - San Antonio, TX - Dr. Decherd is a BADASS!! Update: I'm not sure that I have ever seen a TT scar this low. Didn't even think it was possible. I originally went in for a mini tummy tuck. So glad I listened to Dr. Decherd and chose him to do a full tummy tuck! Just had scar revision. My original scar was already low and "pretty", as far as TT scars go. Very symmetrical, and my husband kept saying it just looks like I'm wearing a tiny bikini bottom....it didn't even bother him. It was beginning to lighten so much on the hips that I could barely see it,but I'm really in to the super low Brazilian bikini bottoms. Dr. Decherd offered to lower it for me even more. He also said that he would like to revise my BB (hence, the red inflamed BB once again) to get rid of the hypertrophic scar atlround the top ( the bottom scarred beautifully...tiny faint white line....very hard to see). Hopefully this time the top will scar like the bottom. I was already happy with my result. Now, I can wear my teeny, tiny bottoms without constantly checking to see if the scar is poking out on the hips. I have gone from "happy with my result", to "thrilled and ecstatic with my result". From the beginning, Dr. Decherd told me he would continue with me until we were both happy with the result. He has certainly made good on that promise. I would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to have a tummy tuck or mommy makeover procedure. His office staff has been great! Both he and his nurse Heather have been absolutely AMAZING!! More
