I had a breast lift and augmentation with a tummy tuck in November. Dr Isakson and his nurse Kathy are both very friendly and welcoming, as is the entire staff. They take the time to answer any questions that you have. Leading up to surgery they explain everything very thoroughly and also make sure that you have the tools you needs for post op care and pain management. The follow-up care is excellent that includes visits until you are 6 months post op. I would, and have, happily recommend them to anyone. More

There’s not enough nice things for me to say about Dr. Isakson! He has amazing bedside manner, he’s funny, realistic and he met and continues to meet every expectation I have! Dr. Isakson has changed my life completely for the better. I have gone up and down in weight by more than 50 lbs, two babies, 1 c-section and numerous prior abdominal surgeries. I found Dr. Matthew Isakson from another IG Mom I follow. After having 4 kiddos, my breasts were completely mauled. I came for a consult and immediately decided I was in good hands and was confident Dr. Isakson could fix it all. I am happy to report that I have never been more confident and after a lift and augmentation, they are better looking than they were in my early 20s before babies. Make sure it's the right Dr! Mommy makeover after 3 c-sections & weight gain - I had three c-sections. I also gained and lost 100 lbs so my body needed some help! I did my research and found Dr. D to have great reviews. I also checked for any lawsuits or discipline by the medical board. After meeting him and seeing his results, I knew he was the one I wanted to do my surgery. There is another local dr. that is very popular but I didn't really like her vibe. Find the person who feels right for you. Being comfortable with your dr. is important too!Updated on 13 Dec 2023:MMO has gone so well. I am so happy I did it! Belly still looks great! Exercise has resumed. Zero swelling. I decided I went with too small of an implant size...boobie greed! I went back to my surgeon and let him know that I wish I had gotten a larger size. He agreed to swap out my implants. Since he was the one who had created the pockets such a short time prior, he stated it would be a simple procedure. I was AWAKE for the entire thing. SO EASY! Only took about 30 minute. I received numbing locally. He then simply removed the old (5 months!) implants and inserted the new ones! I went from 485 HP to 650 EHP. More

Dr. Matthew Isakson has been an amazing physician, surgeon and friend during my recent plastic surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a plastic procedure. Other plastic surgeons have a reputation of seeking perfection and giving off a “conceited” vibe like they are the best and their work is the best and unless you’re that ideal ht/wt/body type/physique you aren’t worthy of their time and talent. This is definitely not the case for Dr. Isakson. From the moment we met at the consultation, he has made me feel like I was worthy as I am and that he can only help to make me feel better by making me look better. He has taken such kind care of me before, during and since my procedure. He’s allowed me to voice my opinion and has considered my thoughts in all of our discussions. Had surgery done by Dr. Isakson in September, which was successful, and have had multiple follow-ups with him since where he has been attentive, personable and efficient. From the first consult Dr. Decherd and his staff gave me the assurance that I was in the right place and answered every question I could think of before and after my surgery. Got the mommy makeover done on 2/28/19. Wasn’t sure what to expect. Seems like I was in and out, and results so far look awesome. Hardly any pain, just soreness. The incisions look perfect. So happy I chose Dr. Decherd...I’m an engineer and once he said he had an engineering degree I knew he could work perfection! His staff are all very nice and beautiful women. Very kind and caring and crack jokes to help you relax. Dr. Kirby the anesthesiologist was also very kind and caring. They got you in did their job and got you on your way! Would highly recommend! I want to say first off I have thought about getting a breast augmentation for years. I saw another highly rated Dr and was so disappointed I left and put it off for another year. I read Dr. Decherds reviews and went to see him. I was immediately comforted by his staff. I saw him one time I must have asked 24 questions but he stayed so patient and kept a smile the whole time. So happy with my breast lift /Augmentation! - I had a breast lift with an augmentation in November of 2004 and then got pregnant in January of 2005 which cause a very undesirable effect on my breasts. In 2012 I had the implants removed as part of a process to help improve the shape but did not get the results I wanted. I went back to my original PS from 2004 and he was able to do an amazing job with 390cc silicone implants and do a lift at the same time! My breasts look and feel amazing so far! I can hardly wait until the swelling goes down and I can start exercising again!!! Amazing!! More

I had an amazing experience - San Antonio, TX - Omg!!! My experience with Dr Decherd and his staff has been an amazing experience thus far. His staff is wonderful... the ladies are the ones who really help me solitify my decision to go with Dr. Decherd. I'm 5'9 at 32 yrs old recently lost 42lbs 195 down to 158 and breastfed for 22 months and now with a 4 year old and have always had saggy breast and it was even worst after breastfeeding. So I decided to have a breast lift and implants 339CC.I made my consultation appt and before I left his office I knew I found the right doctor and staff. They allowed me to visit multiple times to make sure felt comfortable with the CC of implants and Kelsey is amazing allowing me to email her back and forth all day long with questions.The day of the surgery the hospital staff was amazing, they made sure I was comfortable and kept me calm. They helped me with pain management afterwards and I must say I didn't experience anything over a 3 on a scale 1-10 for pain. I'm day 7 and still haven't experienced over a 3. Not sure if i have a high pain tolerance or Dr. Decherd is gentle during surgery or the medication he prescribe is the perfect. I was super scared of the healing and recovery process and it has been a breeze. I was up moving around 24 hours after surgery and back to work in 4 days.Heather called me from her personal cell phone the day of surgery to make sure I was ok and gave me extra information. Something kept nagging at me about it and I ended up consulting with my 5th and final doctor, two weeks later (took me weeks to get in!). I knew right away this was the doctor for me. Reviews were great, photos were great, his team was great and above all he spent a ton of time answering my questions and really educating me on the process. So I cancelled my first doctor and rescheduled with my current Dr. I know I'll be in great hands.My surgery is scheduled for June 1st, round silicone unders with an anchor lift. Dr originally recommended 600 cc's to match my bwd, but I started to worry they were too big. I actively run, approx 20 miles per wk, and became afraid they would be too big. I went back in for a resize and saw the nurse. She said I could go down to a 550 or 510. They didn't have 550's to try on but I liked the 510's. Like many of you, I'm doing a ton of photo/story searching and im having a really hard time coming up with a good comparison! Seems most women are shorter and lighter than me.I think I have plenty of breast tissue but I don't want to end up too small or too big. On another topic all the Drs said I'm a prime candidate for a tummy tuck. Now im determined to get down to a low body fat percentage and pray for good natural skin tightening. I know the stretch marks will never go away (I earned them!) and I'm okay hiding a little lose skin in the bathing suit bottoms. I'm hoping a year from now I can post updated scar photos with a ripped body. I really don't want to have to recover from a TT or pay for it for that matter. I'm okay with some imperfections. For years I could never wear a bikini because of my stretch marks. Now I just own my body and hope my boobs will look so good no one will look down to the belly, lol. Lots of support from hubby of 16 years. I think he's more excited than me most days. Says he loves the girls how they are, but will enjoy an upgrade. He, of course, wants me to go "big". More

New year, new me! - Dr. Decherd has changed my life! He listened to my concerns, made his recommendations, and made me feel so comfortable during my consult and examination. I had a breast lift with silicone implants and a tummy tuck the end of 2014. The change in my body is unbelievable, even the day after surgery I knew I would love my results. The incisions are smooth and thin. The tummy tuck scar is so low, I could wear a string bikini and it would be concealed. My belly button is absolutely gorgeous, I can't wait to show it off! His staff are so warm, thoughtful and kind, they made me feel welcome and shared in my enthusiasm over my results, I don't believe a kinder staff exists. Dr. Decherd is very professional, but at the same time, he makes you feel like you can ask him anything without feeling silly. If I had it to do over again, I would choose Dr. Decherd and in my opinion, this surgery was WELL worth the cost. He is awesome!! - Dr. Decherd spent a lot of time listening to what is important to me. It's been a year since my breast lift, breast augmentation, and tummy tuck and I had a scar I wasn't happy with (it was a little larger than the other one on my breast) and he was glad to fix it! The experience was great from all aspects. The staff was nice and the doctor was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns before and after the procedure. The doctor is very honest and sincere about the answers to your questions. I received a breast lift and augmentation and a tummy tuck. The incisons are healing great and the incision on the tummy was made so low that I can comfortably wear a two piece or any low waist jeans/skirts/shorts. The staff was very friendly and there was always a call number for emergencies which I received a call back if necessary, even on weekends. The experience was great but the outcome is priceless. He is definitely the go to surgeon. More
