Heather, RN, BSN - Clinical Nurse
Heather serves as the clinical nurse for Dr. Decherd’s plastic surgery office. She plays an integral role in the surgical process for patients. Heather works with patients as they book their surgery, and generally handles all patient needs through to recovery. This includes answering their questions and making sure all their medical needs are met. Heather’s quick-witted humor combined with her warm demeanor immediately help to put patients at ease. Whether it’s comforting a nervous patient, removing sutures or administering medication, Heather makes sure the surgical experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Sarah - Practice Manager, Patient Coordinator
Sarah is Dr. Decherd’s practice manager and patient coordinator. She supports Dr. Decherd by managing his clinical staff and schedule, consulting with new patients, booking surgeries and making sure patient’s questions are answered throughout the process. Acting as a patient liaison between the medical staff and the patient, Sarah brings with her over 20 years experience in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. She is happy to answer any and all questions, whether it’s help with surgery preparations, financing or questions regarding recovery. Her goal is to make sure each patient is heard, is educated on their procedure(s) of choice, and receives a top-notch experience.
Kelsey - Business Manager, CLINICAL SUPPORT
Kelsey is Dr. Decherd’s business manager and helps to assist Dr. Decherd and staff during his busy clinic days. Kelsey helps to maintain monetary records, acts as accounts receivable and also assists patients with scheduling and financing. She ensures all administrative tasks are handled in a timely manner, as well as helps to keep clinic days flowing. Joining the team over 6 years ago, Kelsey is a “jack of all trades” and plays a tremendous role in Dr. Decherd’s practice both administratively and clinically.
Kelly, CLT, LSO - CoolSculpting & cooltone specialist
Kelly handles all things laser and skin care, and is also the Coolsculpting and CoolTone specialist for Dr. Decherd’s practice. She is truly devoted to listening to her patient’s concerns to customize plans that will result in the most rewarding outcome. Whether you’re looking to rid your skin of sun damage, improve the appearance of scars, remove unwanted hair, take care of pockets of stubborn fat, or adopt a tailored skin care regimen, Kelly is eager to personalize a plan for you. With an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, her patients are sure to have a fantastic experience and result.
Anique - Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist
Anique is responsible for Dr. Decherd’s very busy front office. She can be found scheduling surgeries, handling payments, checking patients in and out, as well answering phones and assisting staff and patients in any way she can. Anique has an innate ability to successfully multi-task and keep a calm demeanor during hectic situations. With a background in cosmetology, her eye for aesthetics combined with her quick-witted humor and eagerness to help others makes her an incredible asset to Dr. Decherd’s team.
Faith - Social Media Manager/Receptionist
Faith acts as Dr. Decherd’s social media manager, and also assists with front office responsibilities. On clinic days, she plays a vital role in taking care of Dr. Decherd’s patients and ensuring they have a pleasant and engaging experience. From answering phones to interacting with patients face-to-face, Faith takes pride in providing a positive environment for staff and patients. Her involvement in the community and interest in health and beauty makes her an ideal social media manager. Faith’s infectious energy, humor and love of learning make her a staff favorite.
